Organization Setup
After completing your registration, the next step is to set up your organization in USDN. This guide will walk you through the process of configuring your organization and preparing it for operations.
Organization Profile
Basic Information
- Navigate to Organization Settings
- Complete the organization profile:
- Legal business name
- Primary business address
- Billing address (if different)
- Industry sector
- Website URL
- Alert email address
- Maintenance email address
- Phone number(s)
Team Management
Adding Team Members
- Go to "Members" section
- Click "New Members"
- Enter team member details:
- Email address
- Role assignment
- Send invitation
Role Configuration
On the "Members" tab, click on the member you wish to edit. Select the dropdown menu under their role and select one of the following options: Owner, Admin or Member.
- Owner: Full organization control
- Admin: Manage most organization administrative tasks including write and delete all resources
- Member: Limited read and write access most resources

- ACH/wire transfer
- Purchase order system

- Billing cycle
- Invoice delivery method
- Payment terms
- Tax information

- Required compliance features are enabled by default:
- Two-factor authentication

- Compliance reporting
Next Steps
After completing organization setup:
- Wait for approval from USDN administrators. All organizations must go through our KYC process before being granted full access to USDN services.
- Create sites for your network infrastructure
- Request devices to be installed on your sites
- Create your first order
- Test connectivity
- Manage orders as needed
